After breakfast, start the tour by visiting the Ho Chi Minh Complex, which includes Ho Chi Minh’s Mausoleum - the final resting place of the beloved national hero, Uncle Ho - and President Ho Chi Minh’s stilt house where he lived off and on from 1958 to 1969. Enjoy the architectural and historical aspects of Uncle Ho's final resting-palace lying to one side of the Mausoleum is the One Pillar Pagoda, built by King Ly Thai To in 1049 the structure has become an important symbol for the people of Hanoi. After that, we will continue to visit the Literature Temple and Quoc Tu Giam – Vietnam’s first University, constructed in 1070. Its gardens and well-preserved architecture offer a relaxing glimpse into Vietnam’s past. Then we will stop at Hoan Kiem Lake (Sword Lake) and learn more about the lake’s legend, visiting outside of Ngoc Son Temple.
After lunch, leave for Halong Bay was awarded by UNESCO as a natural heritage in 1994. This 4-hour drive will show you the diversity of the North Vietnam villages and rice fields along the journey. Dinner at local restaurant and then check-in hotel. Free time to go shopping at Halong Night Market.

Note Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum is opened in the morning only and closed on Mondays, Fridays for maintenance. So, you will visit outside of Ho chi Minh Mausoleum, Ba Dinh square, Presidential Palace, Ho Chi Minh’s House on stilt, One pillar pagoda as normal
After breakfast, we start enjoying 4-hour boat trip. We walk into the Thien Cung cave (Heaven Palace cave) to see thousands of stalactites and stalagmites colored by hundreds of neon lights. After 1 hour stay in the “Heaven Palace”, we are back to the boat for cruising along the World Nature Heritage part to see the Incense Bowl islet, Cock fighting islets Sail islet, Turtle Island…. A delicious seafood lunch will be served when we are completely relaxed on boat. We are both having seafood and seeing the wonderful sightseeing outside. At 12:00 at noon, we finish our boat trip and back to our vehicle for transferring to Hanoi with stopovers at Ceramic and Hand Embroidery Workshop en route. At around 17:00 we will be back to Hanoi. Then free shopping at Hanoi Old Quarter and Dong Xuan Market, enjoy Egg coffee - is a Vietnamese nationally acclaimed specialty made of egg yolks, sugar, condensed milk, and robusta coffee and watch Egg Coffee show performed by the staff.
We have seafood buffet at Bay restaurant.
