1. Above quotes are valid for this group only, excluding surcharge for special event dates / block off dates for hotels / public holidays coach surcharge / restaurant surcharges.

2. Quotations are based on Australia Dollars and is inclusive of GST.

3. This is only a quotation and No-Booking has been made for this enquiry. All rooms are subject to availability at time of actual booking.

4. Package include all items specified in the above itinerary-costing and all meals are based on standard tour menu unless stated.

5. Package rates does NOT include airfare, airport taxes, additional beverages, services of local guide, bottled water, tipping and porterages - unless stated.

6. During individual hotel's peak periods, special events, fairs, conferences and conventions, rooms held must follow individual hotel policy deposit or prepayment may be required.

(Subject to hotel/s room washed down policy, otherwise unused rooms will be charged to you accordingly by hotel)

8. No-Refund for unused services once tour commenced.

9. FULL payment to be received 7 working days in advance before group arrival in Australia.

10. Group cancellation fees of total rooms blocked : Less than 30 days up to 50% / Less than 14 days 75% / Less than 7 days 100% + any other cancellation fees incurred

FIT - Less than 72 hours 1 room night or 50% tour package rate per person whichever is greater.
