VALIDITY AND BOOKING
- Minimum 6 Pax and Maximum not over 40 Pax No.
- of pax 6-9 Pax based on 1 Van
- No. of pax 10-40 Pax based on 1 Bus
- No. of pax 15-40 pax if there is T/L escort group 1 T/L FOC Land tour based on half twin sharing, additional charge for air ticket @ USD. 250
- Hotel & Tickets was not reserved yet. Availability will be checked after booking confirmed.
- Air ticket depends on seat available, First come first serve, please check available seat before confirm client
- Booking must be made 15 days before departure date
- Room available & Air ticket not guaranteed until receiving confirmation by email from TWC only. No exchange/replace/refund of cash under any conditions.
- The price & seat allotment is reserved by TWC. Confirmation subjected to seat available upon booking made.
- Additional seat requirement is depend on load factor at that time.
- Any services or any programs that was not booked by TWC. Transportation will not be provided.
DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT
- If departure date is over than 21 days, Deposit 50% must be transferred within 3 days after booking confirmed, Full payment must be settled at least 15 days before traveling date or within time limit.
- If departure date is less than 2 weeks, full payment must be settled after booking confirmed.
- Full name list & Passport details must be filled in our name list form and sending to us within 15 days before traveling date. According to issued ticket processes Thai Lion Air reserved the right excluded weekend and public holiday.
- TWC reserves the right to change price and terms and conditions without prior notice.
CHILD POLICY : AIR TICKET
- Children under 2 years must book directly by own at Counter check-in at the airport and must be accompanied with the parents only. By referring Parent’s PNR number and book child ticket at the counter. (MUST BE BOOK INFANT TICKET AT LEAST 2 HRS BEFORE DEPARTURE TIME)
- Children between 2yr – 12yr up ticket price charged as same as adult.
CHILD POLICY : LAND TOUR
- Children under 2 years Land tour free of charge (Air ticket must book directly by own at Counter check in)
- Children between 2yr – 12yr in twin sharing bed Land tour will be charged as same as adult (Air ticket charged as same as adult price)
- Children between 2yr – 12yr in extra bed will be charged 75% of Land tour only. (Air ticket charged as same as adult price)
- Children between 2yr – 12yr with no bed will be charged 50% of Land tour only. (Air ticket charged as same as adult price)
CANCELLATION POLICY : AIR TICKET
- Cancellation make after deposit paid can’t refund
- Cancellation make after full payment paid can’t refund
- Can’t reduce number of passengers after deposit / full payment
- International / Domestic air ticket is non-changeable / non-refundable ticket.
- Passenger name / Travel date on ticket are unchangeable.
- No refund for no-show passenger.
- TWC reserves the right to change price and terms and conditions without prior notice and to follow Thai Lion Air term and condition.
CANCELLATION POLICY : LAND TOUR
- Group cancellation must be informed before departure at least 7 days in normal season period / 15 days in High season period / 30 days or more in peak season period. Otherwise, cancellation charge will be occurred.
- For guest last minute cancel or No show, Land tour is non-refundable.
- TWC reserves the right to change price and terms and conditions without prior notice.
